BOOTY BUILDER

The Booty Builder Program is a 2-week glute-focused strength series built to lift, shape, and sculpt your lower body. With 5 workouts per week, the structure balances 3 targeted lower body days (with a heavy glute focus) and 2 upper body sessions to support full-body strength and give your legs the recovery they need. Each workout is just 30 minutes and designed to leave your glutes activated, challenged, and on fire. Get ready to build strength where it shows, and feel it every step of the way.

THE ARM SCULPT

The arm sculpt is a 2-week upper body series designed to sculpt strong, defined arms, without spending hours in the gym. Each week includes 4 focused workouts: two full upper body days and two targeted days for biceps + triceps and shoulders. Every session is 20–30 minutes, easy to follow, and guaranteed to leave your arms burning in the best way. Expect progressive strength, visible tone, and a serious confidence boost.

ELEVATE YOUR STRENGTH 2

Elevate Your Strength Pt. 2 is the next step in your strength training journey, designed to take you from feeling comfortable in the gym to feeling confident and capable. This 4-week program builds off Part 1 and introduces more advanced gym movements to level up your form, power, and overall strength. You’ll train 6 days a week, hitting every major muscle group with intentional splits, cardio bursts, and core finishers mixed in. Each workout is about 45 minutes and guaranteed to leave your whole body burning in the best way. It’s time to step into the weight room like you belong, because you do!

It took me a long time to feel confident in my own strength. For years, I thought fitness had to be all cardio and shrinking yourself. But everything changed when I started lifting weights. I didn’t just get stronger—I felt better, inside and out.

That’s why I created Elevate Your Strength. It’s for women who want to feel confident, push themselves, and enjoy their workouts again. You don’t need to look a certain way or fit into some box. You just need a plan that supports you and helps you feel proud of what your body can do.
